New Year, New Gym Wear, New Diet, New Wardrobe!

24 Jan New Year, New Gym Wear, New Diet, New Wardrobe!

I love anything that has to do with new beginnings, any excuse is good to reorganise our wardrobes, tidy up kitchen cupboards or perhaps refresh home interiors with new accessories. I think after the Christmas break with loved ones we all tend to take a step back and look at our lives and see how we can be healthier, more organised and basically make the best of the forthcoming year.

Over the last month I have started to follow Joe Wicks AKA ‘The Body Coach’ on social media and although I haven’t signed up to the 90 Day Plan (due to lack of willpower, I did purchase his new book of which is a top seller and I am absolutely loving the recipes and have lost 4lb during my first week and it doesn’t even feel like I’m on a diet. Recipes include, lamb kofta’s, chicken pie and some great smoothies which are all delicious and super quick and easy to make. He has a huge social media presence posting heaps of pics before and after which is really inspiring and I love his 30 min HIIT workouts on youTube seriously with this plan are no excuses!

I have also subscribed to a mail order activewear company called Fabletics, they can tailor packages only to suit your activity, body shape & colour preferences for only £40 per month and any month that you may wish to opt out you can do so anytime and with 50% off your first order there is no better time to start, trust me you won’t be disappointed

Clockwise from top right – Balm Tank by Fabletics £22, Fitbit available at PC World £105, Outdoor Technic Jacket by Mango £40, Adidas Back Pack by Stella McCartney £120, Solar Capri Leggings by Fabletics £40, Roshe Run Nike Trainers available at Office £70

Personal Shopping

I personally always have a huge wardrobe clear out in January too. A well organised closet is as important as what’s in it! Without organisation you can’t see what’s available in your wardrobe and you can often find yourself reaching for the same pieces and creating the same outfits over and over again. During February 2016 I will be offering a unique discount to Cotswold Allure readers by offering a free colour consultation with any Wardrobe Detox booked and taken during the month of February. A Wardrobe Detox is all about edited choices, owning less and buying better, so there is no better time to hit the fashion-reboot button and take time to reorganise your wardrobe.
